Who Are We
Delta Dox, the non-lawyer alternative. We are certified by the Arizona Supreme Court, AZCLPD certificate number 81761, to provide document preparation services for those not represented by legal counsel or attorneys. We are not attorneys and cannot give you legal advice but can offer you factual legal information in accordance with the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration ยง7-208 and do the paperwork for you.
We do not take our job lightly. Our document preparers have a significant amount of experience, have gone through rigorous background checks, have substantial ongoing training, and must have passed a comprehensive examination in order to be certified by the Arizona Supreme Court. We know our job and we know how to do it well.
What We Do
Taking care of people is what we do. Dealing with legal issues can be confusing, overwhelming and costly. You have done the work and know what you want to do. Now, you just need someone to do it for you. This is where Delta Dox comes in. We will complete the necessary forms, collect and notarize signatures, and file them with the appropriate agency, court or person. All of this while keeping the cost more affordable.
How Do We Do It
Call, text or email us to tell us what you need to have done. We will then ask a few questions to make sure it is something we can help you with and get the process going. You may need to gather some information or documents and help with the process when needed. We will guide you through this as much as possible to make it a manageable experience.
